They arrived on time and were very nice, professional people. They were fast and did a fantastic job! Much better than the last service I used.

They are difficult to work with because he is hard to get a hold of. They drying out part went fine, but they did not help me at all to choose the flooring. The first two that I chose were not appropriate and I would have liked some advise as to where I should have went to choose my flooring. I was sent to a couple of places that were not flooring specialists.

I've used them for several years now.

It was extremely reasonable and they did an excellent job. It wasn't the first time I used them. They're my go-to people.

The guy who came to do the job was really professional. The price was very reasonable. The carpets look great! It's the first time we cleaned them since we moved into our home and they look brand new. It's great. I would use them again in the future and highly recommend them.

Came the day after calling for appointment and were right on time. Provider was extremely informative and answered all my questions. Very professional and extremely polite. Gave us detailed information on what he was going to do and what to expect. Have used this company in the past and trust them with my carpets as opposed to other companies. Carpets smelled wonderful after they were done. Would highly recommend this company.

They were the worst! It was a two man crew. They never returned my phone calls. When they did come, I asked if they could do something that was outside of the original project, to which they agreed and even offered a discount. By the time they came out, they were under a different company.

They didn't get the job finished until December when the project was started in May. It was raining the day they installed the carpet. They had materials and supplies left and they stored it in our garage for two months! We couldn't get our cars in the garage during the bitter cold. My car was so covered in ice and snow, it took over 10 minutes to get the car defrosted.

It was just an awful experience. We would call and ask when they were coming back and we talked to the new salesman who wouldn’t return calls. The president of the company called but he wouldn’t return calls. They knew we were really unhappy but they never offered to make it right.

While they were here, there was a big blow out between the workers while they were here and one even had to walk out. Also, they unplugged everything in my living room, including my Lifeline, which is not supposed to be ever unplugged. Things were broken and furniture was not put back where it was originally. My husband and I cannot move this furniture or fix what has been broken. They even charged us to move the furniture. I told him that I could see the seams in the carpet they had laid and he told me and quot;you'll put furniture there and won't see itand quot;.

The rooms looked clean, but the stairs were streaky and not evenly cleaned.

I have a new puppy and elderly dog. The carpet and sofa was SO depressing! Justin worked very hard and did a PHENOMENAL job!!!!! No pet stains, sofa is perfect, no foot traffic stains, and NO ODOR. I was amazed! The house smells fantastic!!! I plan on scheduling Justin to come back to work on my spare room ASAP! In total he did the master bedroom, living room, and sofa. Best service ever!

Rep was on time(even a few minutes early) for appt. Estimate was given, and after reasonable
price was given, work was done efficiently and thoroughly. Rep was polite and courteous.

We've used their services before. They offer fair pricing and do a thorough job and we would recommend their services to others.

All went well. However, the spot reappeared and I used some of the cleaner the rep left here to remove it.
The rep was very nice and worked hard to complete the job.

Professional Carpet Systems charges for the square foot of carpeting that is cleaned as opposed to charging by the room or by the square footage of the room. I found their pricing very competitive. The quality of the carpet cleaning and professionalism of the service specialist were outstanding.

Carpet was cleaned, house locked up afterwards and charges for
bedroom cleaning was minimal. I will definitely use Professional Carpet Care again when needed.

Excellent!!!! After making the appointment, they were quick to come out to the house and even showed up on appointment day about 15 min early. They did an extremely professional job, quickly, at a very reasonable price. They were able to remove or lessen the effects of stains that were at least 3 years old that apparently were created by a variety of sources. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!!!!!

As with the other companies we've hired from Angie's List, they were professional, courteous, efficient and priced very fairly.

It went excellent. My daughter's bedroom had a large ring about 1 foot in diameter. We thought we would have to replace the carpet. Previous carpet cleaners could not get it up. He sprayed a fruity chemical on the ring and then used his extractor. The ring is gone and has not come back, it's amazing. I highly recommend him. They did a pre-call to say they were coming. The man was early. Afterwards they called to see if was satisfactory. I got a coupon in the mail afterwards for a discount on my next cleaning. They also have 24 hr service as well.

I love that they have after hours operators so you can schedule your cleaning even if they're not in the office.

He was wonderful. He came here on time. He was actually ahead of schedule. One guy did it and he worked all the time. I was very impressed. It was reasonably priced.
