I communicated with Rich throughout the process. He was extremely responsive and quick to let me know about an issue that arose. He gave clear instructions on how the designer could remedy the issue with the image (a border that wasn't aligning quite right) and we got a new file to him by email that night. The finished product looks great! We are really happy with the cards and even happier with the price! I would have had to spend more than three times that amount on 100% more postcards than I needed at a big name store. And would they have contacted me about a mis-aligned border? I don't know. Regardless, I got a lovely card, exactly the number I wanted, and a fantastic price. I just wish they were closer to downtown!

Most recently Crystal Graphics printed my wedding invites, reply cards, envelopes and coordinating thank you notes. I spoke with Erin about the colors and design I was looking for and she provided me with a concept. The invites were excellent and much cheaper than pricing I saw online. I was really pleased with the experience overall. They also made up a few last minute vinyl directional signs which I placed along the way to wedding venue to keep guests on the right track.
