He did an excellent job.  I looks so much more inviting now.  It seemed like no other company I had contacted for the job understood what I was asking of them, but he knew exactly what I wanted and made it beautiful.  I would give him an A+.

They were great coming out and giving estimate and were very nice to work with.
The responsiveness for this project was excellent.
The reason I marked them down on responsiveness is because while they were here we talked about a concrete project we needed to have done. Rusty said he could definitely take care of it and said he would get in touch with me. He never did. I actually contacted them and spoke to the person in the office who told me they were pretty backed up but could get to us the end of April, 2014 and would call us. It is now September and we have never heard anything from them. They did such nice work so we are very disappointed.

Rusty was on time for the job and got it done quickly, and it looked good. He is not out to rip you off, and seems like a honest and good guy. He even was going to set me up to get more work done at a discounted price. I would recommend them to anyone needing masonry work done.

I contacted Rusty and told him what I needed. He said I will stop by later this afternoon. He showed up when he said he would. He checked out my chimney and told me what needed to be done. He gave me the price which I thought was very reasonable. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend Rusty and will use him again if needed.

They were reasonably priced and seemed knowledgeable. They were flexible with the schedules and did a good job. I liked their services and will use the same in future

I needed cracked mortar ground out and re-tuck-pointed in the concrete block wall basement of my tuck-under garage. Rusty was friendly and helpful on the phone and when he came to do the estimate. The work was completed on time. After Rusty completed the job, I was surprised to find a thick layer of concrete dust that covered nearly everything in the garage. It appeared he made no effort to protect the things stored in the garage from the dust. I vacuumed the floor and surfaces, but the things stored on the shelves will take forever to clean. Some things, like luggage and some toys, will never come completely clean. A couple of plastic sheets and a little bit of duct tape could have prevented all of this. Or at least a warning about the dust so I could have protected things myself. It also appeared that Rusty made no effort to clean up the thick layer of dust, not even the floor. Overall: happy with the quality of work, not happy with the lack of professionalism.
