 + -1 moreExceptionally well. This husband-and-wife team were observant, respectful and responsive in all phases of the project, from design to delivery. They are particularly sensitive to energy efficiency and ecological concerns. Their advice was sound but never pushy; their workmanship was excellent. When necessary, they showed flexibility with scheduling and materials. They were timely with all the services they personally committed to. The delays we experienced could be attributed to other suppliers, and Treasure Homes adjusted to such delays in a very reasonable manner.
Description of Work: Treasure Homes was the general contractor for our extensive home remodeling project. This included a) a new kitchen and laundry room, b) new hardwood flooring for the main floor, c) new living room cabinetry, d) better insulation for a three-season room, attic, kitchen and basement and e) incidentals, such as replacing window-caulk and other energy-saving details around the house. Treasure Homes also secured and coordinated all the subcontracting electrical, plumbing and other work related to the project. (Note that the total cost estimate shown above is lower than the actual total cost of the services.)
