They are wonderful and a pleasure to do business with. They are a small family business and I would recommend them. They walked me through everything that I need to do with my sprinkler system. He said that whoever installed it didn't do a very good job. He told me that he had the new sprinkler heads, then he said that I didn't want to buy them from him because it would be to expensive. He went above and beyond. He explained what he was doing and was honest and open. He was willing to take the time to teach me about my system. He winterizes it and in the spring they open it. Otherwise, the lines would freeze and break. They prime and test the system to make sure that system is working.

Extremely happy.  We used this company to purchase and set up Christmas lighting for our church. The quality of the lighted swags and wreaths were great.  The church looked beautiful and was tastefully adorned for the Christmas season.
Tim and Karin were very extremely responsive and professional through all phases of our experience.  Requested dates for set up and removal were completed without any issues.  We did have two light bulbs that went out and they immediately responded to replace the bulbs to our satisfaction.  We are looking forward to next year.

Process went very smooth from scheduling to actual day of service.  Service call was carried out on the day and at the time agreed to.  This is a small business operation and the owners are very focused on customer service.  I took advantage of the Angie's List discount offer for this service as I would not have paid the "list" price.  I would refer this company to others and have in fact done so for Holiday lighting, which was a service that was brough to my attention while the winterization work was being carried out.

It turned out fine. They did the job all right. I thought he came by himself. I was surprised because every other person I ever had to use had two people, one to stay inside and one to do it. I didn't watch what he did but he got the job done. I didn't spend more than the big deal purchase. He was a pleasant fellow. He was amicable and willing to do what needed to be done. He did a good job.

Just FABULOUS!  Tim a true professional.  So happy to have found EBT irrigation on Angies list.  Will use them in spring for spring start up.  Would recommend this service.

We have used EBS a couple of times now.  Very satistied with service, puncuality, and business professionalism.  Tried them because very dissatisfied with previous service.  Plan to use EBS in the future.

He just opened up his business last year. I used him previously during the year on a couple of occasions for repairs, modifications and I probably have spent around $ 500. I was very pleased with his professionalism. He promised and over performed really. He did an excellent job and knew what he was doing. He showed up on time and his communication skills were excellent. He kept me informed of what he was going to do and when he was going to do. Called for feedback and is very, very professional. I would use him again in the future.
