Auto Body Work
Overall it went very well. We received an extimate from the insurnce company and Kroger worked to that estimate. The insurance company had only wanted to pay for a used lift gate from the salvage yard. However the parts that were provided had some rust and and were not good quality. Kroger worked with the insurance company and got them to agree to paying for new OEM parts to ensure the quality was good. Because of the delay getting new parts approved the work took a bit longer than planned but this was not his fault. He got started very quickly and when he had parts he finished up quickly as well. He even took the van to the dealer so that they diagnose an air bag issue and got that covered by the insurance company and repaired as well. Overall I am very satified with the results!
