Two installers completed the job quickly and efficiently.

He came out to look at the pump and let us know what was wrong and give us an estimate for any repair. He wound up making a long round trip to bring back the needed part in order to fix the pump that day because he knew he would be too busy to get out our way again anytime soon and it was a quick and easy fix for him. We totally appreciated that.

We own a home on a well, with a pressure tank in our laundry room.  We needed to replace the failing pressure tank and had contacted a popular local provider who's secretary estimated the cost to be about $800 for a fiberglass tank. .  When the workers arrived, they stated it would be $1200.  We declined and decided to give Cheesman's a call because they were highly recommended by 2 other homeowners we know.  We are so happy we did.  Cheesman's came  and the price of the tank itself was significantly cheaper,   They drained (yes it had taken on water) and removed the old one, replaced it with a new one, and took care of a few other little things for my husband.  But all total they came in at HALF what the other known company would have charged.   It's been a week now and everything is working great.  We would highly recommend them to anyone.  

Perfect! Once they started the process to the finished job, not once did I have to worry about anything! The crew was exceptional to work with and kept me informed throughout. No hidden agendas as I found with other company's I had to deal with while building.

Appeared to be the original well pump (1959).  Fitting broke connecting pipe to pump located 185' in well casing.  The crew was very knowledgeable in their work.  Since I stayed around expecting the worse, seeing them work with such confidence sure made me feel better from the time they made their first cut of the existing well casing, to pulling the existing pump up and out to the ground.  Cheeseman has a Top Notch group of employees and some of the best I've seen in my 30+ years myself in the construction industry.  Thanks for the quick response and an all around professional job.

We knew we needed a new pump and well and had scheduled a date for the work to start but we got up on the morning of the 12th and had no water. The breaker would shut off because the pump was working overtime. We called Gary Cheeseman and the well company was at our house drilling within two hours. They were knowledgeable and hard working. It was interesting to watch and my 4 year old granddaughter was watching too. They finished drilling the first day and came back to do the pump and pipe ing the next day. It's a good company with good people working for them.

They were wonderful. They're friendly and I have some other companies give us bids and they were quite a bit lower and they just did an amazing job. They were wonderful to work with. They cleaned up and excavated and just done all the ground work reorganize so we could plant grass seeds, there weren't big messes left, they were incredible. They respond very quickly to phone calls and they really listen to you.

Gary was very prompt and flexible in arranging for the work to be done on our new house. His crew was very professional and very reasonably priced for the work done. Gary is very honest and actually did our septic inspection at no cost. Would highly recommend.

I contacted the company to do this job for me at the end of a basement remodel project after we saw water seep in after a hard rain. We were on a deadline and they got us into their already booked up schedule. They actually started 2 weeks earlier than they said they would be able to start. Anyway they came out and did fantastic work. They cleaned up the dirt and leveled it out beautifully and the job was completed on time. And, guess what? No water in the basement. All in all, I'm elated at the finished product.

The work went well. The price seemed fair. Gary Cheesman is a straight shooter. His workers are very professional. A cable and a phone line were accidentally cut, but that was the fault of the location services company for not marking them.

Job was completed in a timely manner and have not had any problems
