They were nice, didn't track stuff through our house, and cleaned up the site when finished. They also were respectful of my plants and flowers in the landscaping.

After having installed my outdoor Christmas lights a week earlier, my daughter was using her hair dryer one morning and it just stopped. After a quick investigation, I realized that there were no circuits tripped but we had no power to a series of outlets in our bathrooms . I had no way of knowing which circuit was affected so I knew that I would have to call an electrician who could trace out the circuit. I really don't remember how or why I called them. I had no prior knowledge or experience of their service or quality of their work. I called and set up an appointment with them to come to my home. The morning of the appointment, I received a call from them indicating that they would be about an hour late because a worker who was scheduled to come had an issue with one of his kids. Eric Snyder (owner) and his helper showed up and appoligized and explained their issue to my satisfaction. After I showed them the troubled area, they started to work quickly. They located and traced the entie circuit to find where the problem was .They found that the circuit involved should have been a gfi circuit. The circuit contained 3 backporch outlets and approximately 4 indoor bathroom outlets. A wire in one of the backporch outlets had come loose. They replaced the outlet and installed a gfi circuit breaker for that circuit. Eric suggested to install a gfi outlet to save money but I decided to have them install the breaker instead. Then they informed me that I needed another gfi breaker or outlet for another circuit that had been wired to be a gfi circuit but had no gfi outlets or breaker. I opted for the gfi breaker. The cost was for labor and parts. They were careful and clean. It took them approx 3-4 hours to complete the work.

.We bought an older home with major wiring issues. Eric and his guys came out and started with replacing our breaker box. They continue to come out every time we call and most of the time he will try to re-arrange his schedule to fit my needs. The last time he was out he completely wired my new shed and only charged $120.

I decided to call at least 4 different companies to get estimates. Eric from Wire Nuts came the same day I called. The others weren't so easy to deal with. I waited for 2 weeks for the estimate with one place, another guy was over $1000 more than the every one else.... And the cream of the crop lit up a cigarette in my kitchen while badmouthing everything I had already done and everyone that I already had working on my new/old house.

WireNuts showed up a couple days after I gave them the go ahead. Even showed up on a holiday weekend just to get caught up after some setbacks on my job. Old houses are full of surprises. Glass fuses in the fuse box and knob and tube wiring. It was a fire waiting to happen. I now have a new 200 amp circuit box and wiring to go with it.

They have done a great job and I will be able to rest assured my wiring is safe.
