I am so glad someone recommended Debbie from Yaya Cares. She made herself available and was early so I could get out and take care of things. My mother has some cognitive issues, and doesn't trust new people very well, but Debbie immediately gained her trust and talked to her so casually, you would have thought they were friends. I've never had to hire a home health aide before, but Debbie made it very easy. My sister has been looking for some help, and I think she's going to want to hire her for more help in the future.
When I got back from my appointment, Debbie had done some light straightening up and was still entertaining my mother. It went very well. She's a very cheerful, straightforward lady. So when you call Yaya Cares, ask for Debbie. She's great.
