Chat at WKRP was extremely helpful and patient when showing us around. He dedicated an entire weekend to us and would have given us more if we had had the time. My wife and I had a very specific list of wants and Chad was very mindful of those. He wasn't one of those pushy realtors who tries to tell you what you want. Coming from Oklahoma, we had no idea what areas we wanted to look at. Chad drove us around the entire city and gave us the census-style breakdown of each area, but also gave us the local perspective. It was very important to us to understand the neighborhoods in a way that Wikipedia cannot help. I would definitely use Chad and WKRP again.

Chad was amazing. He was very patient with all of my questions as I had a lot of them because this was my first time going through the process. Chad went above and beyond helping me find the perfect house. When we finally found the one he explained exactly what we needed to do to move forward. We submitted an offer and Chad recommended an excellent inspector. Unfortunately, the inspection didn't turn out so well because of some of the things found during it. Chad gave me some options on what we could do and we ended up making another offer based on the inspection results. In the end everything worked out great and I am now moved into my beautiful first home! I can't thank Chad enough for making the whole process so smooth! If you need a great realtor, this is your guy!
