MEMBER ORDERED WHIRLPOOL TUB--DELIVERY WAS DELAYED SEVERAL TIMES. COMPANY DID NOT INFORM MEMBER THAT A FRAME NEEDED TO BE BUILT BEFORE INSTALLATION NOR THAT A SEPARATE ELECTRICAL HOOK-UP WOULD HAVE TO BE INSTALLED. WRONG TUB DELIVERED.
