The Westfield Sprinkler Company

We were having an issue with a rain sensor. Requested a service visit for them to assess and repair the rain sensor. Service was completed and the company was adamant that there were no issues and that the rain sensor was functioning appropriately at the time of arrival and departure. When I arrived home a few hours later, I found the rain sensor not working in the exact same way as before. I investigated the situation myself and was able to fix the device. As such, I request a refund for the service visit given that the rain sensor was not fixed. The refund was eventually granted after quite a bit of back and forth, but the owner went as far as to accuse me of stealing from them. I will not be using this company again and I urge everyone to find another sprinkler company that will treat their customers with respect.

Crew showed up on time, was quick, efficient and professional. Good value for service provided. It was a plus to be able to schedule and pay completely online.

Excellent service. They came when scheduled and the team quickly evaluated and tested the system then made most of the repairs the same day. Sent a quote for the changes in configuration requested by the next day. Very knowledgeable and professional team.
