They do a very nice job. Very professional.

Workers showed up on timed (called to let us know they were on the way) Did a good job, cleaned up and left everything in good order.

The come and treat the lawn as needed. I have been happy with their service. I will continue to use them and recommend their service.

I had a very important, specific request and they happily accommodated me and ensured me it would be followed with each application. I was home during the first application and everything was great. Price of $43 per step/application seemed reasonable and in line with other quotes from other companies. And they offered a discount for purchasing the full six-step program.

Love the fact that this company listens to the customer. They are willing to work with the customer taking in mind the customer's wants and needs. They called us in advance to let us know they were coming to treat our lawn. When the weather was inclement, they called us to tell us they could not come. Great service !

We really like Greenskeeper and continue to use them year in and year out (we have used them for probably 5 or 6 years now).  Compared to the yards around us who use other companies, our yard always has the deepest green color and is the best looking one.  The employees are very friendly as well.  There are 6 steps to the lawn care program however we don't determine that all 6 steps are needed (we normally do steps 1 through 3 and the last one before winter).  If you want to skip a step all you have to do is email them.
Every once in a while I feel they are later in coming out than other lawn companies. This isn't necessarily a bad thing since I mentioned we have one of the better looking yards around but a few times I emailed to make sure we weren't forgotten and they said they were just going through their process and they'd be coming out shortly.
We will definitely continue using them in future years.
P.S. We also got our mower serviced there in the past. It is nice that they also have pick up service for those who don't have pickups, SUV's or other large cars where a standard lawn mower can fit.

Reliable.

The people are friendly and helpful.  Pricing seems to be competative with others.  I gave then a lower score for Quality and Overall mainly due to a problem I continually have with clover and dandelins in my backyard.  In their defense, they may not be willing to arbitrarily dump more chemicals on my lawn.  I've been with them for several years and will likely continue to stay.

I had been a customer for 20 years. Up until a couple years ago my lawn looked good except for the nutsedge. However the past couple years my lawn has been invaded with crabgrass and spurge. I would call them, they would come out and spray but nothing improved. Each year it was too hot, too dry, and this year too wet, so therefore, I had weeds. My backyard doesn't look like it was treated at all. I called one last time and told them this was their chance to make things right. My lawn looks the same. My neighbors' lawns look just fine, so it is not my location.

I switched to another service, which is highly rated and less expensive. Even their core aeration and overseeding service is less expensive.

I contract them for the last 16 years. I am on their plan. The lawn is beautiful and they are responsive to any problems. That is what I just call them, I have some weeds and they will come. Since I am on their plan, they may come and spray when I have weeds. When I have weeds around, they come and take care of that at no extra cost since we do the plan. Occasionally I have problems with that and they come and take care of them. They will always leave on the door what they did when they have been here or any comments on the lawn. I've never had any trouble with them. I'm very particular about my lawn that's why I have been really happy with The Greenskeeper.

We have complained last year, and prior year and they do not seem to have the right chemicals to treat for crabgrass.
