The self-service kiosk is easy to understand and instructions were clear on how to access the storage unit.
We had trouble accessing the building but a phone a call to help desk had the manager calling my cell phone within a few minutes to provide the information. When he arrived on site he accompanied us to the locker location - was very helpful.
