 + -1 moreYou can do it all by yourself - 24x7 through a self-service kiosk. The self-service kiosk is easy to understand and instructions were clear on how to access the storage unit. We had trouble accessing the building but a phone a call to help desk had the manager calling my cell phone within a few minutes to provide the information. When he arrived on site he accompanied us to the locker location - was very helpful.
Description of Work: Needed a safe and affordable storage unit to help with moving relatives out of a house into a smaller home. They provided clean, easy to use self service storage on a Saturday morning without any problems. Rented a temperature controlled 10x10 storage unit.

 + -1 moreWe rented 3 each 8 x 10 units. Our experience was good except the lock on one of the units would not open the first time we tried to access it. The attendant had to drill out the lock and provide us with a new one, which took about 2 hrs. to accomplish. Other than that, all was fine.
Description of Work: Rented us 3 storage units for 2 1/2 months.
