Matt Snyder knew exactly what was wrong when I described what A/C was doing. It was an extremely busy time for him but he came the next day. Repaired A/C in few minutes - it was a capcitor(sp??) and he had part on truck. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I thought he gave us a great price and I just went ahead and went with him.

We've had a good experience with them. They did a good job and answered questions.

He just does a good job for me for furnace repairs. He usually comes the same day I call him. He does an excellent job. I just find him to be friendly and reasonably priced as far as I know. He is very good with his timeliness; he comes when he says he is going to come. He continues to call. If he is running late, he will call and say that he will be there. So far, everything I've had has worked. With regard to professionalism, it's hard to judge because I know him now and I've used him for years. It's more friendly. He knows the age of my house. He knows the furnace because he has done it for years. He will put it on a basis of this is how much it's going to be if I make the repair and this is how much it's going to be if I want to get a new furnace because my furnace is original with the house. He lets me make the decision and it's not like he says that I need a new furnace. He will tell me here is what's wrong and I can make the decision.

One furnace in home had a bad fan and both furnaces struggling to work.  In addition, he found our vent was not drafting and was the cause of some water getting into furnace.  After the vent problem was fixed, he and his son came back and hooked everything up correctly and got both furnaces running.   They are very knowledgeable and efficient.  They and the plumber worked together to get the vent corrected.  This home had a major melt down.  One problem lead to discovery of another problem.  Very frustrating, but Ed and his son were great in working around the various repairs that had to be completed in order for furnaces to be turned back on..   We would definitely recommend them.

Ed was able to get out to our house the same day we called, which was greatly appreciated. He had to replace one part, but fortunately had one on the truck with him, so we were able to get going again the same day. He was very courteous and professional.

They are a father and son team and they are equally talented. When I compare them to others that we've had in the past there is absolutely no comparison. They are honest as the day is long and they came recommended by another family who has used them for many years. They respond so quickly it makes your head spin.

This is a father and son business. We used them in January, and they started the furnace. They came out immediately, after we called. They charged $50. They came back out today for free because it wouldn't start again. He said would be $500 for a new part. In the same breathe, he said we actually need a new furnace, because we will be buying new parts over and over again. We have had 3 quotes. They were the only people that told us WHY the furnace needs to be replaced. I confirmed their pricing with my brother in law who is a HV/AC contractor. We have had very good service from Snyder. They will be installing our new furnace.

They are local and I have used them for many years. I appreciate that they can come out quickly and do a good job.

They had very reasonable prices and they were very prompt. They did not try to up-sell me, but they made recommendations well.

Ed is very helpful and knowledgeable. He is quick to respond to emergencies and I've found him to be honest and trustworthy. He explained the circumstances and options of our repairs. I will use Snyder's again.

I CALLED THEM ON SUNDAY AND THEY OFFERED TO FIX IT THE SAME DAY, BUT WE JUST HAD THEM COME FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING. THEY WERE RIGHT ON TIME AND ARRIVED AT 8:00 A.M.

ED and HIS HELPER WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO COMPLETE THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER.
