 + -1 moreRON PROVIDED A COST ESTIMATE THAT WE THOUGHT WAS IN-LINE WITH THE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT AND WAS EASY TO UNDERSTAND WITH JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF DETAILED EXPLANATION. HE INCLUDED A HAND-DRAWN, BUT PROFESSIONAL LOOKING TO-SCALE RENDERING OF THE PROJECT. HE HAD PICTURES OF THE BATHROOM FIXTURES HE PLANNED TO USE, BUT WAS AGREEABLE TO OUR MAKING OTHER CHOICES AND USING DIFFERENT VENDORS. HE PROVIDED TELEPHONE NUMBERS FOR US TO USE SHOULD WE NEED TO CONTACT HIM ABOUT ANYTHING DURING THE COURSE OF THE PROJECT. HE WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE AND RESPONSIVE. RON AND MIKE WERE MOST ACCOMMODATING, AGREEING TO REQUESTS TO PUT-UP, TAKE-DOWN OR MAKE CHANGES AS THE JOB PROGRESSED, AND WERE NOT OPPOSED TO DOING "EXTRA" THINGS, ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN ORIGINAL PLAN. BOTH ARE MULTI-TALENTED CRAFTSMEN WHO OBVIOUSLY TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE END RESULT AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.
Description of Work: DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED A FULL BATH; INCLUDING SKYLIGHT, HALLWAY AND WALK-IN CLOSET FROM ATTIC SPACE. FACILITATED CARPETING OF NEWLY CREATED AND EXISTING AREAS.
