Residential Refinishing

So we have to give a HUGE shoutout and recommendation Residential Refinishing!! When my husband and I moved last month, we were supposed to have a man come and repaint our kitchen cabinets, paint the entire house, and maybe paint trim. With reno schedules being tightly packed we had a small timeline (5 days) to get the house painted before moving in. And to our dismay the man originally scheduled to work cancelled after not showing for 2 days. To his only credit he did give us one referral, Justin Sokol, and out of complete desperation I contacted him very late that night to see if he could help us.. Not only did he immediately offer to help us but then called us to get a better understanding of what the job would be. He showed up the NEXT DAY at our house to start planning. He had his crew in our home by Friday and the team worked around the clock (even Saturday and Sunday!) and were done by Wednesday. His crew was kind enough to work around the flooring install as well. Not only did he put the customer first but delivers QUALITY product. The pictures don't serve it justice. We loved this company. Their service. Their character. If you need help renovating your home, do we have the referral for you!? THANK YOU RESIDENTIAL REFINISHING! Justin was a life savor!

I couldn't of been more happy with the work. I was referred to residential refinishings by a friend. I called and spoke with justin and he came to my house the same day to do a quote. Justin was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything. Him and his crew were all very polite and everything looked amazing once they were done. Once everything was finished, I decided to rearrange my bedroom and livingroom and justin was even nice enough to offer to help. I think they moved my sofa about 3 or 4 times before I was satisfied with where it was. He went above and beyond for me so that's why im going above and beyond with this review. I havent had to deal with many different companies before but Ill never use anyone else again and Im even having justin come back in the spring to epoxy my driveway. Thanks justin. 5 stars all the way!

Awesomely. I was so nervous about seeing lines where the drywall was patched together, but just as Justin and Ray promised, I don't see any lines. Incredible. We were so happy with the drywall we hired them to do the cabinets and painting too. Top notch work all the way. Very professional. Super happy with the result. Would definitely recommend.

The exterior painting product is/was stunning!!! He was very efficient, professional, and did an excellent job! The chimney repair was done in a timely manner. No more leaking. The shingles were replaced properly. I would recommend Residential Refinishing to anyone! We will definitely use their services in the future!

It was amazing. Their initial offer was so much more elaborate than the previous quotes I was mad to have comsidered any one else to do the work. I have wood windows and they were the only company to offer sanding all of the old layers of paint off and starting new. They replaced warped or rotted wood and sealed every gap in the brick before primer. I was going to have to hire a wood worker to do those fixes before any other painting company would have been able to start on my house. They put 2 layers of primer and 2 layers of super paint on my house which is twice as much as all other offers. Every speck of paint that fell to the ground was scraped off, they covered all spotlights and fixtures. We had 3 colors of paint and an elaborate trim to brick to shutters look designed. Every member of the team was happy to work with us on our indecisive tendency to want to switch what areas we wanted painted certain colors. The overall experience was fantastic. Justin and the entire team genuinely want you to be blown away by the results of their effort. Craftsmanship at its finest.

The Company owner, Justin, brought in two guys to help him.  Once I showed them all the areas that needed  work, they wasted no time getting started.  
Once I told them about the repeated problems with our bathroom ceiling peeling and distingrating from condensation, they discussed the issue with me and gave me two different solutions; one short term and another longer term.  I chose the long-term solution and asked them to provide an estimate because, of course, the longer term solution would take much more time and materials.  Their pricing seem fair to me and they got to work.  
Justin and his crew demolished the ceiling, put up a moisture barrier, re-drywalled and repainted the ceiling.  Additionally, they painted the bathroom walls.    It took them two full days but they never complained. Furthermore, after they finished their work, they took great care to vacuum the rooms, re-hang pictures, and put things back where they belong.  
Throughout the two days they were here, they were continually checking and rechecking with me to ensure they were doing exactly what I wanted.  Residential Refinishing under-promised and over-delivered.  They are great and I will use them again.
