coctacted RDJ at first and durung the sale promised the world. the would say the would get someone out, no response for 4 weeks, have many emails to document. the stopped calling us at all but we have had to pay thousands as a result of poor quality

We had to follow up with the service men multiple times. They did not finish the work on time (postponed our closing,) and the work was sloppy. Drywall was back to its original damaged condition within a few months (not done right). It is now even worse. Their flooring contractor used up side down bits of carpet in the place of proper padding in the Master Bedroom. The garage door fell apart again within 4 months.
