Pedcor Homes Corporation

The toilet wasn't flushing right and sat full for several days. They said it was not considered an emergency since there was another toilet available. I also said that the toilet seats and lids needed to be replaced. Originally, they said "Oh no! We don't do that!" After several attempts, I was able to get the seats replaced, but I had to go out and buy my own plunger and fix the toilet myself. They contacted me about the toilet several days later, but I told them that I had already taken care of it. I have contacted Debbi, as well as several other people in their offices. They finally came out and treated for the sewer smell, but Debbi said she would absolutely not replace the soiled carpets and pads. They tried telling me at first that cats didn't live here, even though it is obvious that it is cat urine and I have found cat hair in the home. I have been through 11 days of h***. Moving into a new home is suppose to be a good experience, and instead I am dealing with breathing problems and stress. The only people I have interacted with that were friendly and kind were 2 maintenance men that have come out to my house. I should not have to deal with this. I have spoken to several other neighbors who have had similar issues with Pedcor. There has been no interest or initiative shown in providing residential satisfaction or putting residence as a priority. Today was another attempt at a bad repair instead of resolving the real issue. the Regional person had the gall to actually ask me to pay 800$ and then they would change the carpet, claiming the carpet had 800$ life left, now, keep in mind it is filled with urine filfth, etc from previous resident/resident's ! you should see it ! better yet, imagine sleeping in my bedroom filled w urine smell....needless to say, i have been ill and still spending alot of time trying to rest/sleep outside on wooden glider to escape it ! 20 days of this disgusting/disruptive/sickening situation dealing with total ignorance from ofc staff, mgr, and regional person. 21 days tomorrow, finally, a VP of operations supposed to show up, we'll see how much integrity, what kind of business they really run here////see if they stand behind ANY OF THEIR ADVERTISING !
