HE INDICATED THAT THE SYSTEM THAT I HAD WAS GOING TO BE PHASED OUT IN AUGUST. HE PUT IN WINDOWS XP AND A NEW HARD DRIVE, HE SAID HE WOULD GET ME A CARTRIDGE FOR A NEW PRINTER, BUT HIS SUPPLIER COULDN'T GET IT. HE HAD TO COME BACK WHEN I GOT THE CARTRIDGE AND CHARGED A $90 SERVICE CHARGE AND I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THAT. I WOULD NOT USE HIM AGAIN BECAUSE HE WAS NOT UP FRONT. UPDATE: HE DID END UP RETURNING MY SERVICE CALL CHECK.
