He arrived on time. The whole cleaning process took around three hours (four bedrooms, living room, hall and stairs). It only uses about 2 gallons of water for the whole house - think it works on the same sort of principle as the oxyclean product does. He sprayed a solution on the carpet, working on one room at a time. Then he used a machine with brushes on it to pull dirt up, then a regular vacuum when done which pulled the rest of the dirt out. I was a bit skeptical, no giant sucking machine, no hoses throughtout the house. But, my carpets look beautiful. And, they were completely dry in about 2 hours. I will use this service from now on. They do use a call service to schedule their appointments, but that worked fine. Incidentally, I use Angie's list all the time to find companies, but am bad about filling out the service reports. This company was so good I am taking the time to share my experience.

Oxymagic was really great to work with, and I'm pleased with the work they did. I had my entire house cleaned (approx 2500 square feet, 7 rooms, hallway and stairs) for $215 dollars after using a coupon. They did the work quickly. When Don came to do the work, I asked him if he could do additional work (Oxymagic had a coupon for an application of free protectant with whole house cleaning which I forgot to ask about when I made the original appointment). Don didn't have this protectant with him (not his fault). He actually went back to his house, got the protectant and came back to apply it. I was thoroughly impressed by his willingness to do this for me. What I particularly liked about this service is that it's chemicals are pet and child friendly and everything dried within 2 hours. I will DEFINITELY use this company again when I get my carpets cleaned in the future.

Initial appt. I was stood up. I called repeatedly but they use a "call room" out of state to book, so no one knew what was happening. 2 1/2 hours into it the owner called, quite nice, said the tech was sick and no one knew to call me...bad system. Offered me a new appt. at half price. Work was done. It was good. I like that it dried fast, but I didn't see any of the soft fluffy carpet that everyone else described.

Showed up on time, performed the cleaning on a carpet we thought would not come clean, and exceeded our expectations.
