Before we could move into our condo, all the doors needed to be widened, Including the door on the walk in closest.  The door to the hallway bathroom had to be moved so that it was a straight shot going in.   Sam built a great ramp for the back door that goes into the garage, put a deck on the front so there was no longer a 4 inch step down the the porch.  He then put in a new sidewalk, as the old one was in very bad shape and was to narrow for the wheelchairs.  He made the incline from the porch to the driveway so gradual that you can hardly tell its going down hill, and it's easy to get back up in a wheel chair.  He was very familiar with ADA specifications, and put in the front and back doors specifically to those requirements,  He listened to our ideas of how to accomplish things, and added to them.  We were impressed with his attention to detail, and his willingness to help.  He was friendly and professional.  Because we needed the work done as soon and possible, he was very prompt in getting the estimate to us and started within two weeks.  He had to work done quickly, and helped us with some painting in the bedroom.  He also moved a bracket on the wall for our TV that  we decided needed to be moved.   Due to the age of the sidewalk,. it had sunk very deep, and after it was installed it left quite a drop-off.  Sam suggest filling it in with dirt and making a curb from bricks, which made Larry feel more secure.  His estimate was right on except for the dirt .  It took more than he thought.  He was very helpful and it was a pleasure working with him.  We are getting ready to redo the bathroom in the master bed room so we have a roll in shower, and we've called Sam.

He is very knowledgeable. He has a degree in construction management. He uses his knowledge to help me correct things in the house and find a solution. He is excellent about watching your home and taking care of it while you are out of town as well. For some jobs, he is able to bring people who are knowledgeable in that area for the best service and price available.

They're an incredible company to work with.  They are a very trustworthy company.  They can do just about anything you need.  They'll do repairs and new construction if you want.  I have been using this company for around 8 or 9 months, and I will continue to use them in the future.  I highly recommend them.
