Been going to mikes for the past 6 years with my expedition. Had a problem on wash leaving a milky film on car over a year ago, they rewashed and did some buffing to fix problem. Just had the problem again and they did not offer to rewash my car. (Someone who has not even seen my vehicle) tries to tell me that my paint is oxidizing but I have other professional opinions that say it is not. They seem to think the problem I show them was already there, but it is not, it happened just after I had the truck washed, but they refuse to believe me. It has not been there all year and I have been going to them about once a week. They also suggested I start going some where else to get washes. I just do not think this is a good way to do business with someone who has been using them for over 10 years. I am disapointed.

CLEANED UP WELL. QUICK, EASY. STAY IN CAR WHILE DRIVING THROUGH. KIDS ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE. SEVERAL PACKAGES TO CHOOSE FROM, IE-WASH ONLY, WASH AND WAX, ETC.

I TOOK MY YUKON XL TO MIKES CARWASH AND THEY DID A SUPERB JOB. THE FIRST TIME THROUGH, THEY REALLY SCRUBBED THE WINDSHIELD AND FRONT GRILL, BUT THE BUGS DID NOT COME OFF COMPLETELY. THEY HAPPILY RAN ME THROUGH AGAIN AT NO CHARGE, OF COURSE. I LIKE THIS MIKES CARWASH. THEY SEEM TO KNOW MY FACE, BECAUSE I GO THERE OFTEN, BUT THEY ARE JUST AS COURTEOUS TO ALL OF THE CUSTOMERS, I'VE NOTICED.

I AM NOT NORMALLY ONE TO GO THROUGH THE AUTOMATIC CARWASH. HOWEVER, WE HAD A CERTIFICATE FROM A SCHOOL FUNDRAISER SO I USED MIKE'S BEFORE WAXING THE CAR. I MUST SAY, THE CAR CAME OUT A LOT BETTER THAN WHEN I HAVE USED THE GAS STATION CAR WASHES. THIS MAY BE DUE TO THE HOT WATER THEY ALWAYS ADVERTISE USING. SO, OVERALL GOOD CARWASH, BUT A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE.

VERY THOROUGH CLEANING. VERY CLEAN BRUSHES AND RAGS. NICE WORKING VACUUMS.

THE ATTENDANT WAS VERY PROMPT IN GETTING TO MY CAR AND WAS ALSO VERY ARTICULATE AND FRIENDLY WHEN TAKING AND PROCESSING MY REQUEST.

BUY COUPON BOOKS WHICH ARE A GREAT DEAL. CAR WASH WITH CLEAR COAT IS ALWAYS GREAT. FRIENDLY STAFF.
