The guys that came out worked so hard and did an amazing job. Rex, the arborist checked in when they arrived to review what was being done and also checked in about an hour later to get my input on the progress. I was very impressed with how careful & thoughtful they were with the cutting and the time they took to make sure the trees looked good. Afterward they raked everything up. I have worked with tree services in the past but never had such a great experience and reasonable price. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The Martin brothers are down to earth and friendly while providing first-rate professional service. We had a 26 ft. blue spruce topple in the horrific wind storm of May 2019, it just missed our house and the neighbor's car-what a blessing (and curse because insurance wouldn't cover it). While they were busy assisting the many people who were dealing with similar issues they didn't miss a beat in getting out tree taken care of expeditiously! The crew came out and it seemed like the tree itself disappeared in a matter of minutes into the wood chipper. We also had the stump ground out & removed. The crew took care not to damage our yard with and machinery or leave any mess behind. Pricing is very reasonable too. Make them your 1st call if you're in need of and tree-related services!

Rain made ground soft which prevented getting chipper closer to trees. Other than that, no surprises. Efficient and thorough.

Best tree removal service I have ever witnessed! They removed three 20 year old ash and two pines from my back yard without entering my yard with any equipment. Very efficient process with three men, boom truck and a chipper. They left my yard with absolutely no mess. This crew were very easy to work with on this job. Very knowledgable and polite. They treated my yard as if it was their own. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing tree service.

Ben was wonderful to work with and Rex and Steven showed up the same day. Did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Very pleased.

Very well. These guys are awesome. All work was done to our satisfaction. Everything that Ben said would be done was done. Clean up was great as well. They were less expensive than our other estimates and we are very pleased. We will call them again. Don't hesitate to call them--they are a family owned company and very interested in your satisfaction.

Ben Martin was non responsive on my initial voice message. I called him again a couple of days later and he explained he had dialed the wrong number and that was why he didn't get back with me. We set up a time and he came by and gave me a price to do the work. I agreed to price and he said work would be done sometime within the next 3 weeks. After 3 weeks and 1 day of really nice weather and no Ben Martin, I called him again. Got voice mail, left message for him to call regarding "revised" schedule. It has been 4 days since that call. He has not responded or pruned tree. My final opinion, Martin Tree Service is unprofessional and non-responsive.

Was very pleased with the service , however they stated they would pay for referrals, 2 of my neighbors used them per my suggestion but I never received anything from them . They even parked their truck on y property overnight on one job.

Ben was very professional and polite. All work was done as planned. The cost was very reasonable and the cleanup complete. Not a branch left in the yard.

Martin Tree service is beyond professional. I was impressed by the service they were giving a neighbor so asked if they could stop by and give us an estimate. Scott Martin arrived promptly and gave us a very fair quote. Ben Martin called on the day of service, arrived as promised and had our large tree down in less than four hours. The entire crew were friendly and very efficient. Great detail was given to not only the removal of the tree but also the clean up after. I would not hesitate to use them again and definately would recommend them.

Martin tree service had a couple week wait for service as expected. Ben called to stop by the property to provide an estimate. He provided the opportunity to save some money by allowing me to cut up the trees after he cut them down. He called in advance of his appointment and proceeded to carefully cut down the trees. He is very careful, very nice, and I enjoyed his conversation as he seemed in no rush to get to his next appointment and did an outstanding job cutting down three 50 foot trees, 2 within 10-15 feet of the house. A really nice gentleman that performed his task professionally at a fair price. Lucky to have hired him. Thank you Ben.

Martin did an excellent job removing a tree and grinding the stump from recent storm damage. The cleanup was very good and included grass seed for a reasonable premium.

Came home Friday evening after a wind storm and saw my blue spruce about to fall over into my neighbor's yard. Called MTS around 7pm-followed by a visit and estimate within the hour. Tree was removed Saturday morning as promised.

They were on time, very professional, worked hard and completed all the work. they exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with the service provided and we have and will give their names and contact info to others needing tree work done.They also took down a very large old tree next to the road last fall. that also went very well. Martin Tree Service was good to work with. Ben Martin and Scott Martin came out to give the estimate, and they also performed the actual tasks. They were very reasonable, responsive, and friendly. The tree being removed was close to and hanging over the house. Did a nice job removing it and cleaning up afterwards. I plan to work with them again.
