All of his employees & contractors know of John's passion for the first rate quality in home construction; all of them knew that they would hear about any slip-up in quality & it helped drive them to be successful & satisfy us as their customer. Our overall experience with Lawrence & Reckel was outstanding in all aspects... & we'd do it again in a heartbeat. By the way, we have also that recommended other families consider building with John & to our knowledge all of our referrals who did build with him were extraordinarily happy & satisfied.
Description of Work: We have built 2 homes with John Lawrence: one on Morse Reservoir in 1993 & our current home in Bridgewater in 2005. Lawrence & Reckel managed the entire building process, either doing the work themselves, employing third parties that they had done work for, or recommending options that we could consider working with for additional features. Quality & honesty are trademarks of John's company. He is an engineer's engineer in terms of wanting the best for his customers- always seeking to listen clearly to his clients to build the right home for them. We would build another home with John in a heartbeat... & how many other builders do you hear that comment about? I would suggest very few.
