Fantastic service from start to finish.

The quality of their work was great. Getting them to complete the final details has been impossible. The concrete was poured in September. They were supposed to return in two weeks to install the pool and gate anchors in the concrete. They asked to delay until the beginning of November. We agreed. Because it was fall and the leaves were falling, the pool needed to be covered. So, we installed the cover without the anchors. Because anchors were not installed, we tied off the cover to fenceposts and heavy composite chairs to hold it a week or two until they completed the work. It is now January 7th and I have been unable to get them to commit to finishing the work until yesterday when part of the crew showed up after a snowstorm. You cannot properly stretch a pool cover when it is weighted down with snow and ice. Also, the straps were covered with snow and ice. In summary, the quality of work was good. If fact, we were considering hiring them for two more projects. If you hire them, do not make the mistake we made. We paid them before everything had been completed and trusted them to finish the job. Big mistake. We have now purchased the tools to complete the remaining tasks ourselves. At 70 years old, it is not a job I look forward to.

They were fast, efficient, and we love our new driveway. They did exactly what we planned out. As we watched the work in progress, they worked like a well oiled machine. They even provided extra touches, like filling in soil and putting grass seed in the areas around the drive way.

Excellent company! Super professional, cleaned up after themselves, the product is more than we had anticipated, and we are very pleased with their work!
