The work went very well.  The county was actually under a travel advisory warning, so I really appreciate that they got out to make sure their customers were getting heat.  He explained exactly what was wrong and the parts that needed replaced.  It is an older furnace, so I really feel that most other companies would try to sell you a whole new system.  However, he explained why he did not think that was necessary at this time.

Contacted Integrity Heating & Air Conditioning due to my furnace not producing 'heat'.  As the furnace is only @ 5yrs old, I was not sure if it was a thermostat and/or furnace issue.  With record-setting cold temperatures expected in the next few days, wanted my problem quickly resolved.  I called Integrity and was able to confirm an appt. that same afternoon which was very convenient.  Owners Ted & Ryan both showed up to diagnose the problem.  Learned a sensor piece needed cleaning that was causing the issue of heat not being properly registered and disbursed throughout my home.  Ted & Ryan took care of that issue, along with 'fine-tuning' other elements of the furnace. 
They also both took additional time to explain how the Furnace functions and proactively recommended ideas to extend the life of the Furnace through regular maintenance.
I was pleasantly surprised when I received the bill, as I was only charged a standard $69 maintenance fee.  I always try to support locally-owned businesses and am VERY pleased with their response, service, and attention to detail.  I would highly recommend Integrity. 
As a result of my positive experience with this Company, I plan to purchase an annual Maintenance Plan to have them proactively service my Furnace for both heating & cooling seasons.

All went well, prompt and professional and answered all our dumb questions and have our maintenance business and personal recommendations now.... even a mid year warranty visit for minor problem was promply attended to at no charge.

Integrity was professional and on time and came the next day to look at my broken airconditioner.  Because of the age of the unit and that it used a coolant that was being phased out and very expensive, we decided to replace the unit.  I was having a party with lots of house guests staying the weekend, so they prioritized my installation and got it completed prior to my guests arriving!   They were very professional and knowledgeable.  They are the owners of the company and they came and did the work.  I highly recommend their services.  Previously, for over 10 years I used Control Tek.  They were too busy to even come look at my system even though I was a long standing customer who had used their maintenance agreements in the past.  I did complain and eventually reached the President, and he apologized, but it was too late.  I used Integrity, they did a great job and will be providing my heating and cooling repairs and maintenance in the future!

I called Integrity Heating and Air Conditioning this morning, they arrived within 20 minutes, and had the problem diagnosed and repaired within another 15 minutes. I was extremely pleased with their expertise, honesty (the problem turned out to be a loose connection which they repaired for next to nothing) and informative answers to my questions regarding eventual replacement of the system (over 18 years old).  I highly recommend them and will definitely use them when I do replace my system.

We have to say that Integrity Heating and Air is a great company, one of which we will remain with as long as the current owners own and operate it and continue the kind of service we have received thus far.    We used Broadripple Heating until they changed hands and the quality of service suffered and the prices increased.   We found Ted and Integrity after trying two other companies and will remain with them, as we said previously.  We cannot find words to express how happy we are with them and their services.  We had been having problems with service contracts and the lack of follow-through in providing the services we were promised from the other companies we used.  Integrity Heating and Cooling not only sold us a maintenance agreement but CALLED US to schedule the service and performed the service to our complete satisfaction.  Not only did they install a new system in our guest quarters, they filled out the warranty information for us and dropped by a copy for our records.  We don't know what else they could do for us besides  the grocery shopping.  :)
Also, they did not try to up-sell us on a unit.  Ted gave us brochures and listed our options, then recommended the unit he felt was best for the application.  Integrity?  Yes!  Will we recommend them to our family and friends?  Yes!    Nuff said.
