The Story Behind Integrity Integrity Heating and Air got its start when two skilled and experienced heating and air technicians got tired of the corporate rat race. Too often technicians are pressured to sell you brand-new equipment as opposed to repairing what you already have or are so overloaded with service calls that they don’t have the time available to make sure that issues are fully addressed. We wanted to feel good about ourselves and the work we did at the end of the day. We decided to get back to the basics of good business. Our goals at Integrity are to provide honest quality service at a fair price. When you choose our company, you can rest assured that you are getting qualified experienced service.

They also both took additional time to explain how the Furnace functions and proactively recommended ideas to extend the life of the Furnace through regular maintenance.
I was pleasantly surprised when I received the bill, as I was only charged a standard $69 maintenance fee. I always try to support locally-owned businesses and am VERY pleased with their response, service, and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Integrity.
As a result of my positive experience with this Company, I plan to purchase an annual Maintenance Plan to have them proactively service my Furnace for both heating & cooling seasons.

Also, they did not try to up-sell us on a unit. Ted gave us brochures and listed our options, then recommended the unit he felt was best for the application. Integrity? Yes! Will we recommend them to our family and friends? Yes! Nuff said.
