They get things done sooner then expected. They are honest, they do not rip your off. The cost is low. Sometimes they fix it and do not charge.

I spent about $125 for their services. I don’t know how to compare them to other places and I had used another company before. They were very easy to work with. They took the time to explain things to me. They are close to my home. I didn’t get any other quotes; so their price was okay. Their quality was good. They were very responsive. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

They tried several different "fixes". It proved to be very difficult to find the problem, and they finally reloaded Windows to solve the difficulty. They worked on it for over a week, but only charged the reloading fee. It works great now! They kept me updated on their progress by phone, and even though I was without my computer for over a week, they were very diligent in getting it working. They backed up all my files and then reloaded them. I definitely recommend them to anyone!

Brought computer in and explained problem as computer kept shutting down. Expected to pay a lot of money to fix. I even considered just buying a new computer. The company called me and told me it was an easy fix. $35 dollars later I am completely satisfied.

These guys are fabulous. I work around the corner and have used them multiple times. They repaired an old computer of mine and when that became outdated I bought a used computer from them. They are extremely honest and give you a realistic time frame on the repaire. My boss has used them multiple times and I have sent them many referrals, all of whom were happy with the level of service and integrity. Would not use anyone else.

I finally got up enough courage to take it in to Igwun, expecting a huge repair bill that would probably be as much as a new computer. I was very pleasantly surprised to have it repaired immediately, while I waited with no charge because he had a duplicate case in the shop. Some time ago, I had brought in a printer that had an ink cartridge stuck in one of the chambers, and that was resolved while I waited also. This kind of customer service is extremely rare these days and I don't have high enough praise for this company.
