They are extremely reliable. They do a good job.

I have used Hoosier for the past three years and in the beginning would have rated them an A however as time has passed the quality of the service has gotten poorer and the price more expensive.

I spent thousands over the past three years in lawn care and landscaping maintenance and would have spent more because my yard is important to me. I just noticed that I would keep getting promises from Chip with no follow-up. I got the impression that I was not big enough to matter.

Also, his lawn care guys would never mow the back and the sides of the house so we would have to do it ourselves. This would make my husband so angry.

The landscaping team was excellent - when they came. For fall raking they would come so late in the season that I would have already done it because I just couldn't stand having the leaves blow into my neighbors yard.

I am really sorry to have to write this review because I liked Chip a lot. He is a very nice guy and seems to want to please. He needs to understand that customer service is just that....SERVICE not talk.

Three men arrived around 9:00 am, working hard all day long, only stopping for lunch, and didn't leave until our landscaping was finished, which was about 7:00 pm. Juan and his crew were very nice, cooperative and took the huge task at hand, making our yard a beautiful masterpiece....It will be even more beautiful once the grass takes hold.
We were not satisfied with our previous lawn care service so we hired Hoosier Lawn Care for mowing mid-season in 2013. Since the hire, our lawn always looks professional and beautiful, and very reasonably priced for the size of our yard! We wanted a fresh new look for our lawn. We got quotes from several companies, but ended up hiring HLC for our work. We told them what we wanted done, and got some wonderful suggestions on other areas from the owner, Chip. This company has many services....They did our snow removal last winter at a reasonable price, and they shoveled the front porch and sidewalks, which is huge! Their prices are reasonable and competitive. The owner, Chip, Marsha in the office and all the employees we have dealt with are kind, considerate and very knowledgeable about their work at hand. I would highly recommend Hoosier Lawn Care for any service they provide!

Excellent mowing service at reasonable price. Excellent snow removal (shovels walks). Other services (mulching, shrub trimming, pruning) as needed at reasonable price.
Fertilizer service provided by subcontractor.

They do a great job

They are good about coming back if you don't feel like the weeds are under control. I have been pleased with them.

I thought they did a really good job. I called and it was done within like 4 days from the original time I talked to them. They didn't leave a mess, cleaned up well.
