Wondeful job.

These guys were awesome! It's hard to be the one to tell you that a new furnace is required but they made it easy! They ordered the parts quickly and now I'm sitting in perfectly warm air! They were very polite and I would recommend them to everyone!

Our A/C stopped cooling Saturday night at 10:30. The tech was at our home 10:30 Sunday morning, and done by 11:00! He explained everything he was doing, was respectful and knowledgable. The price was fair. He treated our problem as though he cared. Would definitely hire them again when it is time to replace our whole unit, and any other HVAC service we need!

I have never met a more professional HVAC guy in my life. Punctual, knowledgeable, and very patient with all of my questions. The work was done promptly, professionally, and at a great price. I would hire these folks again in a heartbeat.

Wife and I had Good Guys Heating & Air conditioning replace a 16 year old POS furnace with a bad secondary heat exchanger (amongst a plethora of other obvious issues). Mike and Joe arrived mid-morning and finished early afternoon. They were both very professional, wore boot covers on their feet, and were respectful of us and our home. The new furnace looks great, sounds great, and definitely feels great! We could tell an immediate difference and are happy we chose Good Guys to do the job. I cannot recommend Good Guys Heating and Air highly enough. Someone called within minutes of my logging into Angie's List and requesting help. There was a technician at our home within 90 minutes of our call. He did an outstanding job, and our furnace was once again in great working order. Ryan, the technician, was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were very pleased.

Our furnace went out 2 days before Christmas and we were leaving the country Christmas eve. Johnnie came out Friday evening and agreed to come the next day to replace the furnace with a new one the next day on a Saturday right before Christmas. They did the work very quickly and did a wonderful job. I think they priced it very reasonably also. We were relieved for their responsiveness. Thank you

Great! Technician Tyler inspected, flushed out lines (found/cleared a clogged line), and even replaced a missing screw. Explained everything. Very professional & friendly. Will definitely call with any heating problems as well.

We recently bought a home and the AC went out. We called the company that our home warranty company wanted us to call. They said they'd have someone out by Tuesday...in four days! Okay, I understand, it's a busy time of year for AC work, so I went out and bought four fans from the store to cool the house in the meantime. Tuesday came and went, no call no show from the company. So we called them again. This time, they said they'd TRY to get there by Thursday. Okay, now it's getting a bit old. So I called Johnnie over at Good Guys and asked if they would have a technician in our area in the next day or so to and could they check it out. Johnnie had a tech over there THE SAME DAY! My wife sent me a text about two hours later saying that they were there. I didn't see the text for about four hours because I was working. I called to find out what did they find and my wife told me that they were already there, fixed the problem, and the house was cooling down already! Super fast service, very happy and would definitely recommend Good Guys Heating and Cooling again! By the way, that other company never showed up again on Thursday too. Horrible service. So glad we called Johnnie and the Good Guys group!

What should have been an easy thermostat installation went awry - Johnnie was able to come over the next day and put things right! He was professional, efficient, and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend Good Guys!

Our A/C went out on a holiday weekend, with extremely hot weather. Good Guys returned our call on Sunday very quickly. They worked with our home warranty company directly to get approval for a holiday weekend call-out. When JD arrived, he was very professional and put us at ease right away. We were prepared for very bad news, and possibly a big bill. JD quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor and had it changed and the system running very quickly. He stayed to verify there were no other issues and that the system was running properly. JD even took the time to answer questions about our system, which is on the old side. He advised us of the upcoming laws regarding refrigerant and let us know what to expect. We absolutely will use Good Guys again in the future and would recommend them to our family and friends.

I had a property I was selling. The inspection came in with several items that needed to be repaired on my HVAC. JUst to mention a few.... re-route the piping throughout the house, reinstall thermostats, put in filter. Johnnie came in and repaired all. Even did a few things that weren’t on the list that he thought was important, with my permission of course, Still charged me the same amount. Great Company! Great guy Johnnie is!!

Johnnie came out and put in a filter box that the prior company screwed up. He fixed their mess. He was super professional, did a good job and was very reasonable
