+ -1 moreGina is personable, prompt, professional and very thorough. She wastes no time and I am amazed at how much she does in a two-hour period. It is wonderful to find someone with her ability and willingness to work, at an affordable price, on an as-needed schedule. I intend to continue this arrangement and will hire her for other tasks when we need help.
Description of Work: Gina has been providing us housekeeping assistance every other week on an hourly basis for the past two months. I furnish supplies and equipment and tell her the tasks I would like done. I usually ask her to plan to be here for two hours and she has suggested other chores to do when she finished my list before the time was up.

+ -1 moreGina does an excellent job. She is reliable, thorough, honest. In over 30 years, she is the BEST house cleaner that I have ever had. She sees what needs to be done and does it without me asking. She frequently spends extra time at my house. She does extra cleaning, above what I have contracted for. She works around my kids and pets and is very accommodating. The bathrooms and kitchen are shiny and spotless when she leaves. The wood floor is streak free. She dusts under things, not around them. I highly recommend her!

+ -1 moreI was quite surprised this week when Gina did not show up. I have left 2 messages for her. I can only assume that she no longer wishes to clean our house. This is difficult to score because my most recent experience has been unsatisfactory.
Description of Work: Gina has been cleaning our house biweekly for about nine months. She has always been respectful of us and our home and willing to work around my 2 young girls and I. The house would smell great and feel clean after she left.

+ -1 moreThere was quite a bit of water soaked into our bathroom carpet and into the basement after she finished cleaning. A statue was broken. We could not locate some medications after the cleaning appointment.
Description of Work: Gina cleaned our entire 3600 Square foot house.
