Gina is personable, prompt, professional and very thorough. She wastes no time and I am amazed at how much she does in a two-hour period. It is wonderful to find someone with her ability and willingness to work, at an affordable price, on an as-needed schedule. I intend to continue this arrangement and will hire her for other tasks when we need help.

Gina does an excellent job. She is reliable, thorough, honest. In over 30 years, she is the BEST house cleaner that I have ever had. She sees what needs to be done and does it without me asking. She frequently spends extra time at my house. She does extra cleaning, above what I have contracted for. She works around my kids and pets and is very accommodating. The bathrooms and kitchen are shiny and spotless when she leaves. The wood floor is streak free. She dusts under things, not around them. I highly recommend her!

I was quite surprised this week when Gina did not show up. I have left 2 messages for her. I can only assume that she no longer wishes to clean our house. This is difficult to score because my most recent experience has been unsatisfactory.

There was quite a bit of water soaked into our bathroom carpet and into the basement after she finished cleaning. A statue was broken. We could not locate some medications after the cleaning appointment.
