Full Circle Hardwood Floors

It went great. They were wonderful! I would recommend them.

I have a 1963 home ranch home, 2,800sf. We had uneven, multi layer floors in every room. Everything from slab floor to crawl space. He had to pull up ceramic tile and cement board, as well as, deal with multiple types of hardwood and a LOT of leveling. He even had to fix framing. Adams crew not only did a beautiful job of laying the flooring but he fixed mistakes that had been haunting us for years. Had to take BR underlayment off till we saw crawl space. Then he fixed the problem caused by many years of laying different flooring in each room. My house looks fabulous. I wanted it to look like one of those HGTV homes and it does. His bill came in under what we expected to pay to clean up this mess we had. Thank you Adam, Oscar and the rest of the team for a fantastic experience. I don't hand out compliments easily but this one was a pleasure. I would recommend this company anytime. He was on time, efficient, knowledgeable and did everything I asked of him or was able to tell me why it was impossible. Plus he was insured. The other two I had give me a bid were not insured and tried to hide that fact.

Full Circle Flooring, as its name suggests, did a comprehensive flooring job for us. Our main floor had about 800 square feet of carpet and 900 square feet of white oak flooring. We also had two sets of stairs—one leading to the basement and the other to the second floor—which were carpeted over plywood. We wanted the entire main floor and both sets of stairs to be matching hardwood. They did a wonderful job from start to finish. From the moment we initially contacted Full Circle through the final walkthrough, the entire team was courteous, responsive, and professional. Alisha came to our home to discuss the project, measure the floors, offer suggestions, and answer questions. Within a couple of days, she provided a detailed quote. Before hiring Full Circle, we had interviewed, and received quotes from, four companies. It is difficult to do an apples-to-apples comparison, but Full Circle’s quote contained many elements of the project that either were missed or not itemized in the others. Full Circle’s quoted price appeared to fall somewhere in the middle, but the detailed information provided by Alisha made us confident that the job would be done professionally and with top-quality materials. We also were impressed that Full Circle employs its contractors and does not subcontract any of the work. This means, throughout the entire project, we dealt with one point of contact who helped us with daily scheduling, expectations, and any questions that arose. The contractors all knew each other and, therefore, were able to efficiently communicate and coordinate their various tasks throughout the project. Each contractor also seemed to have a since of pride and accountability about the overall project, which we rarely see when work is divided among several subcontractors. Each day during the floor installation, Edgardo’s team was careful moving our furniture, respectful of our space, and clear in communicating what his team would be doing that day. They did an incredible job sanding and finishing the existing oak floors—they are 18 years old and had previously shown some wear and tear, but now they look brand new. The new wood panels were laid straight and tight across the formerly carpeted areas, and the team seamlessly laced the areas where the old and new white oak came together (which one of the companies from whom we received a quote said could not easily be done). Edgardo showed us several stain options and helped us formulate a color with which we love. Todd did a great job installing the stairs, and Johnny was meticulous with installing the show molding and vents. The entire team was friendly and accommodating. One of the stair threads had a large, unsightly mark that negatively caught our attention. Even though the mark was a natural part of the wood and not a problem with the installation, Full Circle replaced it for us without any problem. After the final walkthrough, we received detailed instructions about how to care for the floors. The end result is beautiful flooring that has transformed our home. We cannot distinguish the old floor from the new or even identify where they come together. The wood color is lovely, and the installation, at this point, seems flawless. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Full Circle. The project lasted about 11 days.

Fidel and Jorges did a great job on our floors! We had light oak floors on the second level of our town home that was sanded and re-stained. The moved the heavy furniture from one end while they worked on the other end. Then reversed the process so we didn't have to move the heavy stuff off that level. They covered all wall hangings and appliances with plastic, though the visible dust from the sanding was minimal. The smell was a little overwhelming at times, but we ate in our bedroom upstairs during the process. They worked neatly and while we were at work. The whole process took 9 days and it looks like we have a new floor! Highly recommend!

Perfect in every way.

I could not have asked for a more professional job. The day I agreed to contract hardwood was delivered and allowed to adjust to humidity and temperature prior to install. They always arrived on time and very responsive to our needs. We had about 1,900 sure feet and took about 4 days to sand prior to stain and apply 3 coats of finish. After 2 weeks allowing time coating to cure they returned to place furniture back in place. These guys are real pro's I would highly recommend them. We also had them install 6 flush floor vents (looks great), worth the extra money.

Amazing! Adam and his team are a pleasure to work with. They did quality work and my floors are exactly what I wanted. His team came in and sanded the floor down than put about 7 different stain samples down on my floor for me to see in different lighting to make sure I had the one I loved. Adam and his team are extremely respectful too. I recommend them to everyone who asks and would use them again without any hesitation!

The floor is beautiful

Kory & his crew are rock stars. It's great to call vendors who show up when they say they will, do what they said they would do, and have a quality result. In our kitchen remodel we decided to do hardwood & the kitchen was the only room in our 50's ranch that didn't have hardwood. Full Circle was able to "lace in" the new hardwood so it connected with the adjacent room & gave the appearance that all of the hardwood was installed at the same time. The color match and quality of work was outstanding. I can't imagine anyone being able to do a better job than Full Circle did.

Full Circle Hardwood Floors was an absolute pleasure to work with. All employees were hardworking, pleasant and extremely skilled. There were no glitches, and I just wish all my home projects would go this smooth. The floors look absolutely beautiful! I would highly recommend this company!!

Kory's team did a great job. You would never know that new boards were used to repair damaged and missing boards. It completely matches the rest of the room.

Absolutely thrilled with the results. I couldn't have asked for a better job. Price was competitive and they were able to respond so quickly to my needs. Would absolutely recommend them in the future and plan to have them return to do some additional work!

I compared the work and bids of three flooring companies and I chose Full Circle because of their pricing, service, and reputation. Full Circle was a great company to do business with. Kory, the owner, was responsive to each and every request. We had our floors done by them twice this summer (a leak caused by us ruined the floors after the first time). They did an excellent job replacing damaged wood, getting the stain just right, and finishing the floors. When we had questions about a few spots after the work was done, Kory had it taken care of right away. I would use Full Circle again.

Kory and his team were very responsive, flexible, and professional. We were extremely pleased with the outcome.

They did a bad job. The flooring was miss matched and they left gaps at the base boards.  it was impossible to get hold of them. I finally had to get the hardwood supplier to track them down.  They would not return calls.

They came, did the work.

It was excellent. I got a lot of hardwood. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were very easy to work with. They were professional. They got things done on time. They did it with the least amount of disruption they could have had. We actually lived in the house while they did it. It took a week from start to finish. It was a lot of work. I think their price is very fair.

We have lived in this house for 25 years of hard use raising 5 kids and now grandkids.  We had virtually done nothing to maintain the hardwood floors over this period.  They were really in bad shape (stained, discolored, scratched, dulled, you name it.)
We sought three quotes for floor refinishing, and Full Circle's price was in the middle of the range.  Most importantly, they were able to respond quickly, being on site the following week.  One of the other firms contacted wanted us to wait 4 months before they could get to us.
Kory Henderson reviewed our floors and made great recommendations of how we should proceed.  He estimated the job would take 6 working days.  His crew arrived in a timely manner and worked hard at it every day.  They finished in 5 days.
We were impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail and work ethic.  It was a joy to have them in our house.  They were pleasant, and very respectful of protecting other finishes in the house and not making a mess.  I was expecting a very dusty operation, and was pleasantly surprised to find there was none.
We are extremely pleased with the results of this refinishing.  Our floors look beautiful again.
We would definitely recommend Full Circle Hardwood Flooring, and plan to use them again when we refinish downstairs rooms after some renovation.

They initially did everything how I wished except for one room which they eventually had to use the extra wood for (did not reimburse me for the use of the materials). I mentioned that I didn't mind if the floor was slightly raised between rooms but my concern was that they failed to repair a damaged spot that was structurally unsound. I ignored the spot at first but reached out to them after the spot worsened. After several attempts to contact them they have not returned my calls or attempted to follow up in any way. Occasionally I will get someone who tells me they will call back but never follow through.
