Fritchys Professional Lawn

I have worked in the Real Estate industry for 30 years and I have never seen a more poorly designed and installed irrigation and landscaping plan. We built a home and our builder had Fritschy design and install a landscaping plan that was a $40K plus job. Three months later, we have an irrigation system that only works in 50% of the areas, numerous busted hoses, and approximately 50% of the plants did not survive. When addressing the matter with the owner, Matt, his response is your warranty is not valid due to lack of watering! Yet he installed the irrigation system and programmed the settings! We continue to water the areas in which the system was not working but yet the plants continue to die due to poor installation or plants that were not placed in the right areas due to sunlight. I advise to never utilize this company due to poor installation and their lack of desire to honor their warranty. Our company manages 1200 homes and this has to be the worse landscaping in the industry!

We have been with them for seven years. The work is great. The workers are very good. They tend to send the same three guys every time and they do very nice work. I would tell a friend that they are very dependable. They come out. They adjust for weather and they always leave the yard in great shape. We have 1.6 acres lot and they are very reasonable.

Fritchy's was recommended by our builder.  I was hesitant since there was not record on Angie's List.  I used another provider for my landscape plan.  The other provider was over our budget just for the hardscape.  We needed the hardscape complete before move in.  Fritchy's not only completed the hardscape, but the grading, seeding and all the planting in just 2-3 days.  One of the walkways was not to his satisfaction as it was trying to reconcile the grade of three different entrances.  They took extra time to work with the builder, rip it out and relay it to get the grade just right.  Three weeks later, the grass in coming in nicely and the trees seem to be recovering from the transplant.  I am getting lots of compliments on the lawn and the neighbors raved from day 1 on the paver walk out front.

Matt is a great, hard working owner/landscaper. His crews worked very hard to get our walls installed level and solid. Crews were very resepectful of property so when the job was done you could hardly tell the walls were new. Very good company to do business with.

THE COMPANY WAS VERY RELIABLE AND THE OWNER STOOD BY THE WORK. THEY ARE EXTREMELY PUNCTUAL AND IF DELAY OCCURS THEY CALL AHEAD. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY. I THINK THE WORK IS THE BEST I HAVE SEEN.
