Jeremy came out right away and apologized for not calling me back previously. He is fixing the problem with the pipe that the plumber should have fixed originally. Also, Jeremy is doing this for free for me because of his lack of response. I really appreciate his willingness to help out and feel that he is going above and beyond in terms of customer service.
Description of Work: I called Jeremy originally to repair a crack in my foundation, he never called me back. I called again because a plumber didn't seal around a pipe with concrete and there was mud coming into the crawlspace.
