Quality of work good. Pricing very high.

The 2 technicians were friendly, thorough and professional. They made sure the fixture was in correctly and even changed another high bulb for me. While this was a small job, you can be sure I will call them if I ever need any electrical work done in the future.

Everything went great! I called Danny and set an appointment right away. I was notified 30 minutes before they were arriving at my house. The techs were friendly and respectful and made sure to introduced themselves. They figured out the issue very quickly. They installed a fan with a remote and were able to educate me on how to use the fan, remote and switches properly. Everything was cleaned up when they left. They also suggested that I updated my control panel. I knew it was pretty bad because my home was built in the 1960's and you can tell it hasn't been updated in a while. I feel confident that when I have the means to do so, I will be calling Dylco Electric to upgrade my control panel as well! 

After having gone through several challenging experiences with electricians, I will never use another electrician again.



I had a very complicated and unique wiring problem to solve for some exterior deck lights that we had installed.  The initial installation from the former electricians was not working, and continued to fail intermittently and cause problems.  I had about given up hope on a good outcome.  The solution that Danny and his guys came up with was absolutely fantastic.  In months of staring at this project, I had never thought of the solution they developed.  It turned what was a real problem in our remodeling project into an absolute asset.  I could not be more appreciative of their help and advice. For anyone with a challenging electrical situation, I can't imagine a better solution.



I used them on some other complicated situations.  However, I have also used them on some more routine projects, and their work there has been absolutely fantastic also.  They are very very knowledgeable, and very very efficient.  Their rates are competitive, but they combine that with being very productive and efficient when they are working on a task.  For small projects they still deliver a tremendous value.



On top of this, they are an extremely professional group.  I believe I have interacted with all members of their staff, and its nice to work with a company that you aren't worried about letting into your home!  Reallya top notch group all the way around.

Superior work, everything, in a 50 year old garage w/all kinds of problems. I have list of other electrical work & will only call Dylco, I couldn't get work completed w/the first contractor called, Burtner's, also on Angie's List. I'm still disputing their bill as another contactor working at my house did some of the work they are billing me for. I also had called Ashpaugh. Mr Ashpaugh came out in June but never called back w/any estimate etc.

After several bad experiences on various repairs, it was good to find such an excellent company.

The company sent two really friendly guys to install a porch light by my back door. Bob and Bill were quick and did an excellent job.  Price was very reasonable. I would definitely use Dylco again.

Prompt and excellent service.  Very professional.  Will contact them for any additional electrical services needed.

We were very pleased. He came the day after I called even though he had a very busy schedule. He quickly diagnosed the problem (detectors malfunctioning due to age) and replaced them. Although we told him we were in no hurry to have the yard light fixed, he knew what was needed (new photocell) and fixed it the same day. He was courteous and professional, and we will definitely call him again if we need electrical work.

We really like him. The price is a little expensive.

My housekeepers were concerned about a dimmer switch in my home which was getting very warm when the lights were on. I was concerned there were too many lights connected to the switch. The cleaners referred me to Danny, the owner of Dylco. Danny called me the same day and arranged to come by the following day to check the switch. He checked out the dimmer switch and found that everything was fine. While he was here, I told him I would like to get LED strip lights installed in my built-in shelves in the living room. I also had been concerned that the light bulbs in my ceiling can lights were burning out very quickly. The can lights had been installed during the renovation of my condo earlier this year. Danny checked them out and discovered that the wrong type of can lights had been installed and had been done in a very jerry-rigged way, causing the light bulbs to overheat and burn out. I asked Danny to replace them all. He ordered the 14 new can lights and LED light strips and called a week later when all of the items had arrived to arrange a day to install everything. He and his helper, Bob, came and worked 6 1/2 hours and completed all the work. They had a shop-vac and cleaned up after themselves wherever they worked. They covered furniture and other items to protect them from the plaster dust from drilling. I couldn't have been happier with the quality of their work, their professionalism, the care they took of my home. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch electrical company!

Service was efficient and professional.   More was accomplished than we had expected.   Pricing was excellent.    The best of about 10 area electricians which we have worked with at different times.

Overall, Danny is the man.  He is really good at figuring out what needs to be done and is very professional.  He even came on the weekend because he knew we were having a party the next day.  

Danny has done work for us in the past, and I have submitted a report for him before. He continues to be outstanding in every facet. He is extremely professional, personable, and most importantly puts safety first in his work. Everything that he did in the room looks great. The other contractors who did work in the room commented on how well the electrical work had been done. They also commented that he was great to work with as far as scheduling and completing tasks in a timely manner. I have said this before-of all the service providers in all the categories we have hired, Danny is by far the best. He is completely trustworthy and anyone looking for an electrician in the area should stop their search at Dylco Electric.

Dylco Electric came pretty quickly, they made time in their schedule to come out. They were very professional and clean also.

It went very well. Danny stayed within the estimate he gave over the phone. He was professional and on time. Very pleasant person. He did a great job for us.

We called Danny as a result of getting his name on Angie's List. He returned our call promptly and we worked out a time for him to visit and look over the jobs. He tried to accommodate our schedule and came by at night. He is a gentleman and a real nice person, someone I trusted to do the work without my being home. He did the work professionally and gave me a bill by email. It was a great experience. He was very good to work with.

Danny was great! He installed ceiling fans and completed other minor electrical jobs. I had numerous people out trying to install a cable jack in a certain location. No one could do it. Some even had over the top ideas. Danny completed the task in less than an hour in the simplest manner! He isnt a big company trying to charge you for every second. He is a great electrician and very personable. You call Dylco, you get Danny! Big companies send whoever, and you are charged for everything. Before being referred to Dylco, I had been charged by one large company for his time to go buy a part. A common item that should have been a standard supply on his truck. I have used several large electrical companies and was always charged too much $. Danny is prompt and thorough! I highly recommend Dylco and will continue to call them for all of my electrical needs!
