The supplier of the dishwasher gave us Jeff's name and number. He made an appointment for the day before the dishwasher was to be installed. He explained what he was going to do and said that was where he always installed such plugs. As he left, he said tocall if there were any problems and he would come immediately. Unfortunately, ours is the one dishwasher that would not fit where he put the plug. This particular German dishwasher had an extra bar in the back. I called Jeff and he promised to come as soon as traffic allowed. He and a helper came within the hour, moved the box and reset the dishwasher. He did not charge for this return visit. As a result, we have a new electrician in our files.
