THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL IN DESCRIBING THE DIFFERENCES IN THE VARIOUS TYPES OF STONE. THEY ALLOWED US TO TAKE HOME SEVERAL SAMPLE BOARDS TO LOOK AT NEXT TO OUR HOUSE IN DAYLIGHT. THEY EVEN RECOMMENDED SOME INSTALLERS & SUGGESTED THAT WE ASK TO SEE WHAT THEY WERE CURRENTLY WORKING ON TO JUDGE THEIR WORK.

THEY CAME OUT AND MEASURED OUR HOUSE TO TELL US HOW MANY BRICKS WE NEEDED. THEY ORDERED THOUSANDS MORE THAN WE DID NEED (4200 MORE). WE HAVE PAID FOR THEM ALL AND THEY WILL NOT TAKE BACK THE EXCESS NOR GIVE US A CREDIT. WHEN WE FIRST STARTED DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEIR SALESPERSON SAID WE WOULD GET A REFUND FOR ANY FULL SKIDS OF BRICKS. WE HAVE EIGHT FULL SKIDS THAT WE DIDN'T NEED. BOTH OUR BUILDER AND US HAVE HAD SEVERAL CONVERSATIONS WITH MR. CURLEY HIMSELF.
