WHEN WE INSISTED THAT MR. PRATT AT LEAST GIVE US A WEEK TO FIND SOMEONE NEW AND CUT OUR GRASS FOR THE SCHEDULED WEEK, HE BECAME RUDE WITH US AND REFUSED TO FOLLOW THROUGH. TERRIBLE SERVICE! DON''T USE THIS GUY - TOTALLY UNRELIABLE IN A SERVICE INDUSTRY WHERE RELIABILITY IS CRITICAL!!!
