Welcome to Christian Brothers Automotive in Westfield. We are your neighborhood expert for all auto repairs and services. Our goal for your visit is to treat your car and your family just like it is one of ours. If you need to hang around while we service your vehicle we have free wi-fi and a very inviting waiting room. If you need a ride to work or home we can take you there in our free courtesy shuttle. Our expert, ASE-certified technicians care about every car that visits our shop, and we offer you a complimentary Courtesy Inspection on every visit. No work is ever performed without your permission and you will always be informed about your car in language that’s easy to understand. No technical jargon here. This was my first visit to CB. I had been going to the dealership for service up until now. I waited on my car; and they got it right in and did the oil change. They also inspected the whole car and let me know that I will need new rear brakes within the next 6 months. They said that the front brakes were fine. They gave me a quote for the rear brake repair so that I could plan for it. For today's oil change, they took $7 off for being a AAA member. I plan on going back. I was happy with my first visit.

Very professional, friendly and trustworthy.  Nice, clean waiting area.  Wanted to try them out on something simple in case I had other more complex auto repair needs in the future.  Would definitely go back.  Glad to find a good honest operation that is close to home in case I ever need it!

The Lexus dealership had previously told me that I needed new brakes soon. I took my car to Christian Brothers for an oil change and new brakes before I was going out of town. Christian Brothers called me and explained how the brakes had a lot of life left in them. They are extremely honest and even showed us how there was about fifty perfect of the pads left on the brakes. They are terrific and are so accommodating! Their waiting room is nice as well. If your repair is a longer service, they will take your home and bring you back when the car is ready. They have been great! I have even recommended them to my neighbors.

This company is true to their name. Christian Brothers! They are the most honest, friendliest, yes we can do that for you service, I have ever experienced. I ran in this company to see if they knew of any car wash that had a lift so I could clean the under carriage of my vehicle which had mud on it. They did not know of anyone having this ability, however, they took my car in and did the entire cleaning themselves. Their technician, Doug, spent a great deal of time making sure all debris was gone and would not send me on my way until he also was sure the under side was dry! They did this with a smile and happy to help attitude. Wonderful family business who has my business for years to come!

Christian Brothers Automotive was professional from the very start. One weekend, the kids got into our vehicle and played around with the controls, causing the car not to start. We called a number of different service providers, all of which were closed, except for Christian Brothers. They were very responsive, communicating when they would be able to pick up our vehicle and diagnose what was wrong with it. The day after we called, a tow truck was out to our house and our vehicle was on its way to the shop. Within two days, our vehicle was repaired (dead battery) and brought back to our house! My wife was not able to leave our home since the car that was at Christian Brothers had all the car seats in it, so the folks at Christian Brothers drove the car back to our home! We will definitely be using Christian Brothers Automotive for our service needs.

They went above and beyond to help us on a extremely cold and snowy New Year's Eve. The car died in a parking lot and we were not able to get AAA to come get us because they were too busy. Christian Brothers, whom we had never been to before, arrange to have a tow truck come get the car, deliver it to their business. They allowed our car to sit in their bay while we tried to get the car dealership to arrange to fix the issue since the issue was related to previous work done at the dealership. After many phones calls to the dealership, a diagnostic service from Christian Brothers to determine the exact issue with the car, which they did out of good customer service, keeping their firm open later than normal while we waited for another tow truck, we finally decided to just have these people fix our car, because we were wowed by their customer service. The car was fixed when promised, for the price they quoted us, and we were extremely happy with the work and their staff. Great addition to Westfield!
