Chad is a very experienced tuner and offers great service. He promptly returned my inquiry call and was able to schedule in a week. My upright had been in long-term storage for several years and been moved three times without tuning. He had to make a repair and explained everything he did thoroughly. He's very efficient and has a plan for keeping my piano in good shape going forward. Highly recommend him! Thanks Chad for a job well done!
