Chad has been tuning the piano in our home for about four years. He is always courteous, punctual, and professional. Our piano gets a lot of use as I teach 20+ students every week, and I appreciate Chris keeping us in tune!

Chad has tuned my piano for the past several years and always does an excellent job. He is punctual, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. My piano always sounds fantastic after Chad's visit. I've used a couple of other piano tuners over the past 30 years before I met Chad and I'll have to say they were just "okay." Chad's work is high quality and I'm very comfortable trusting the care of my piano to him. Another plus for me is that after Chad tunes my piano he plays a couple of songs - no music needed! - and it's a real treat to listen to an artist at work in my own home.

Chad did an excellent job. He has always been very professional and prompt with his responses. Our grand piano hadn't been tuned in awhile and needed a thorough cleaning and inspection of the piano keys and the action of their hammers. He also tuned our piano. He was meticulous and pleasant to talk to and interact with.

Excellent. Chad is patient and willing to talk you through why he is doing things or what his plan is for the visit. He was honest about what he knew and what he had to go back and confirm (make and date from the serial number he found on the piano). He was also very honest about cost and the question of "is it worth it?" when trying to make decisions about restoration. Gave various options and was honest about what was priority and what could wait and what would or would not add significant value.

This is an iconic Steinway concert grand piano, formerly used by Van Cliburn as his rehearsal piano on one of his tours . Chad performed excellent and complex work to balance the keyboard and action. The change in performance and response has been a remarkable improvement. The keyboard action is now more precise, consistent, and responsive, with a broader sensitivity to the touch and greater range of expression. There were no problems associated with his work. A very good job for a piano that was already near peak performance and is played almost daily in my home. I consider his fee to be very fair and reasonable for the services he provided.

Most importantly, the piano sounds wonderful and the entire action is very evenly balanced. A couple of people, besides me, who have previously played my instrument have played it since the work was performed and are also impressed. These people have music degrees and teach professionally. Chad is very professional in his business conduct and he sends me reminders when it is time to schedule a tuning.

Chad has been tuning our piano twice a year for about 4 years. Based on the piano's location in our house, it was consistently more out of tune than normal. Chad recommended and installed a humidity control device in the piano that has made a big difference. His follow up to keep us on schedule with tunings is excellent. As a side note, he's an accomplished pianist. We hired Chad to play for a Christmas open house we hosted last year and the neighborhood raved about him!

He was very quick and told me how the piano was doing. How much it had changed since he last tuned it.

Excellent. Chad is excellent at tuning our piano. He has cleaned the inside of the piano, as well. He is always on time if not early. He contacts me every 6 months with a reminder that it's time to tune the piano. I don't have to remember anything because he does it for me. He has been tuning my piano for at least 5 years.

Great work, very knowledgeable. My grand piano stays in good shape due to Chad's maintenance. The guy is also a phenomenal musician, jazz pianist, and plays other instruments. Great player for a cocktail hour for events, weddings, business, etc.!
