THEY SET AN APPOINTMENT AND THEN DID NOT SHOW UP. I CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT MAKE IT TODAY, THEY WERE BUSY. I WAITED ON THEM FOR 5 HOURS AND THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO CALL AND CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT.
Description of Work: I CALLED THEM TO SET AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE MY SEPTIC TANK PUMPED.

TRIED TWICE TO MAKE APPOINTMENT. THE SECRETARY FORWARDED MY MESSAGE TO RON. RON RETURNED THE SECOND CALL & STATED SECRETARY WOULD MAKE APPOINTMENT. NEVER RECEIVED CALL BACK.
