I got several quotes and they were considerably less than the others. They removed two trees and ground the old stumps. They removed all the debris so you would never know they were there. Pricing was good and service was excellent. I will definitely use them, again.

I am on the HOA board for our neighborhood, which handles all landscape and maintenance for its residents. We switched to Bam for our landscaping services this year, and we are so sorry that we did. We have been battling them for MONTHS trying to get them to perform the services we contracted them to do, which include mowing, weeding, dead plant removal, and management of our irrigation system. In the spring, they would only come out to mow every TEN days. The grass would go to seed, and get thick and ugly (see photo). It looked terrible and residents were complaining. When they finally did mow, clean-up was abysmal. Every year the HOA does a walkthrough with the landscaping company to find areas to address; this year, Bam's representative only attended a partial walkthrough with us, and left early. Unprofessional, and indicative of the lack of attention they're willing to give even a large $$ contract. Not surprisingly, there are parts of the community that get forgotten, especially with weeding. Weeds run rampant in our flower beds- the big and obvious kinds of weeds (see photos)- no excuse for not removing or treating them. It is July, and parts of our irrigation are still turned off or broken. Their inventory of our irrigation was incomplete (again, missing parts of the community). I literally placed a broken sprinkler head on the sidewalk so they wouldn't miss it, but they did. They're not bothering to survey the entire community they're in charge of. Our grass is dying (see photo). Bam is non-responsive. Bam claims that the water to our entire neighborhood (homes and all) needs to be shut off by Citizens before they can initiate repairs. Our manager, and Citizens, and everyone who has ever installed a landscaping system, say that an irrigation line is separate from the main water line, and there's no reason to shut down the water main to an entire neighborhood. I don't think Bam knows what they're doing but they refuse to work with us. Did I mention it's July and our grass is still not getting watered? This whole time, our manager has attempted constant communication with Bam but they are unresponsive. They say they're having staffing issues; they keep promising us that they'll take care of us. They'll give us a date, which comes and goes with nothing done, then another date, which comes and goes, until finally it's July and all we've gotten out of our contract are a few mowings and mulch on the beds. Our HOA board would not recommend Bam to anyone. We're appalled at the service (or lack thereof) that we've gotten.

BAM removed two very large trees in the yards of a neighbor and myself. Their work was superb for a very good price. The crew was extremely skilled and very cognizant of preserving property surrounding the trees. Outstanding work ethic and pride in what they did.

The strong winds split a decorative pear tree in our front yard. I called BAM because of their multiple favorable reviews listed on Angie's List. Whoever answered my first call that morning was very pleasant and promised that Matt Smith would be out that afternoon to take a look and give an estimate. Indeed, the estimate was in my door when I returned at 1:00 PM that day. I called our home insurance adjuster and told her the amount of the estimate and she remarked that I should "jump on that and never lose that number!" When I called BAM back to confirm that I wanted to proceed, a disappointingly impatient and unfriendly female answered and curtly said, "Just let me send you to Matt's voicemail." I was very disappointed in her phone manners. ASIDE FROM THAT...Matt politely returned my call promptly and promised removal the next morning which they did! When I got home, the tree and all traces of it were removed!

Excellent.  Very thorough.  Showed up at promised time.  Ground the stumps.  Cleaned up afterwards.

I've used Bam Tree Service three times over the past 13 years (all of them being large jobs).  On all three occasions, they've done a great job.  They are nearly always cheaper than other tree services that I've gotten estimates from.  They have experienced crews and have no trouble with large or small jobs.

They were punctual, friendly, cleaned up, and cut wood to our specifications.   I will definately use them again.

It went really good it was a great experience. It was pouring down rain when they came out but they did the work anyway. They were very proffesional.

They did a great job and had the equipment to do the job well.  They were very conscious to make sure they did not do any damage and did a very good job of cleaning up all of the areas after the work was completed.

They did my mother-in-law's trees and now they will do mine. They were very responsive, prompt, courteous, and all of those things. Their prices are very good. My mother-in-law recommended them to me.

Decent pricing versus several other bids I had on yard work and tree service. The tree service and landscaping they did was solid, albeit very tardy to the point I was left wondering if they were even going to show up! It took forever for the work to be completed. I'm giving them a C because of the overall lack of customer service- poor follow up and poor job managing my expectations re: timelines and scheduling. I had to call numerous times to get an update on when I could expect the work to be completed. If you hire them, lock them in on timing by writing it all in the contract.

I have used them for at least 10 years or maybe more. I am on a year round contract, and I use them all the time. I have had them take down 2 huge 30 year old trees, and they did it perfectly, there wasn't a scratch remaining. They are not forceful. They are accurate, they give complete information and leave you alone while you think about it and make your decision. Their pricing is fair, and sometimes they do a little extra, and don't up the price. If I make a call, they are usually able to come out within a few days and make and estimate. I will continue using them in the future.

I've been fighting weed issues since I moved in 2 years ago. BAM got rid of my problems in one season!!
