paint job had been done poorly and that there were many indentations in
the wood that looked like small gashes. The quality of what we were
seeing was clearly not at the same level as the sample panel that we had
used as the basis for our original decision to buy these particular
cabinets. We contacted George immediately and the next morning he
personally came to the house and inspected the cabinets and agreed with
our assessment. He arranged for a more expensive, higher grade of
cabinet to be manufactured as replacements, and did not charge us extra
for the higher cost. The new cabinets arrived on a few weeks later
without any defects.
