WE ALWAYS WORK TOGETHER TO REVIEW THE WORK I WANT DONE. HE IS GOOD AT MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS FOR DIFFERENT PLANTS/BUSHES TO MEET MY NEEDS. HE DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTER HIS WORK. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE ENCOUNTERED IS THAT HE SOMETIMES DOESN'T SHOW UP WHEN I EXPECT HIM.

MIKE IS GOOD ABOUT CHECKING WITH ME BEFORE EACH SEASON TO DETERMINE WHEN I WANT HIS SERVICES (I.E., HOW DEEP THE SNOWFALL BEFORE HE SHOVELS). HE HAS DONE SNOW REMOVAL FOR ME FOR SEVERAL YEARS, AND I'VE ALWAYS BEEN HAPPY WITH HIS WORK.
