Could not have been better. They shorted us 2 shelves and after a call, they ordered them and got them to us very quickly.

We quoted new kitchen cabinetry for the kitchen in our historic home.
Jim helped us tweak the design and quoted the price for several brands of cabinetry. All brands were available to see in their showroom. He was VERY thorough and thoughtful in his suggestions and was able to provide a competitive price for semi-custom cabinetry. We have a pretty small kitchen, but I felt like an important customer even though it is probably a pretty small job for them at only 10 cabinets. We have not yet ordered, but plan to finalize everything in the next few days. I will re-post when the project is done.
