ONLY REASON DIDNT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OFFER WAS DUE TO MY ADJUSTABLE MORTGAGE ACTUALLY GOING DOWN A PERCENTAGE POINT. DECIDED TO KEEP WHAT I HAD BECAUSE OF THIS. OVERALL EXCELLENT SERVICE!
