My first impression was that Cody Griffith was very professional and prompt. I chose a beautiful espresso stain. Because he opted for a water-based stain, we did not have to spend 3 nights in hotels -- this was the main reason why we chose his business. However, the work was average at best. He removed the shoe mold in order to sand the area beneath the baseboards. In many areas, the shoe mold broke and chipped. He said nothing could be done about it. There are stain splatters on the walls which we had to paint over. And the worst part was the pools of dried varnish left in 3 areas of the floor. I called him in Dec 2017 and he said he'd come and fix it. He still hasn't. We love the color, but not the quality.
