Came to house sprayed for wood bees. They came back within 2 weeks. He returned and treated again. After that would not return my call

I am greatly satisfied with their service. The pest inspector was professional, thorough, and explained in depth issues that might be of future importance. I was glad to hear that currently my house didn't need any pest control. He was so honest not to charge me anything (even for his time and travel!) during this visit. He didn't want to sell any extra service or costly updates, typical of many domestic services I've used before.
My only concern would be their pricing strategies. When I contacted them initially over phone they offered me a different price. Immediately on mentioning about Angie's list coupon, they changed and priced me higher! However, not having to pay at the end addressed that issue.
Having never used their service before, I was uncertain initially, but Bugman has exceeded my expectations. I'm going to use them in future.

Based on people that I know who have had experience with them, they stay ahead of termites; you wont get termites as long as you use their services.

They did a complete inspection for termites in January, and then come out monthly to check bait stations for termites that are left around the perimeter of the house. If they see anything, they'll treat for it. I continue to be satisfied and they've done everything that they said they would.

Estimator was very up front about what was offered and did a thorough inspection of the house (Terminix guy did NOT). The installation was quick and clean. Follow ups have been on schedule. They even replaced some traps for free that I ran over with the lawn mower. Would recommend to anyone.
