MAJOR APPLIANCE HEATING & COOLING

We've been using them for probably four years. They are a family owned company. They are really responsive and always have come out anytime we've needed them. They've just been great to work with. They are very professional. They always clean up when they are done. They are very friendly. I will trust them implicitly. There were no problems.

I've called Major's out twice. Both times they arrived on time, were friendly and very professional. They completed the work efficiently and quickly and for the price they quoted me. Would absolutely recommend them especially if you live in a modular home. Not all companies will work on modular's, but they're great.

I had a noisy furnace, which I believed to be caused by a worn out shaft in the blower assembly. I am fairly mechanically minded, but can't do all my own work any more because of back issues. They came the same day, confirmed the problem, and fixed it for a very reasonable price.
The problem required removing the entire blower assembly, taking it to their shop to install a new shaft and bearings, and then re-installing. This all happened within a span of 3 hours. The bill included a complete check of heating and A/C, and annual cleaning of outside A/C unit. The technicians were courteous and professional.
This company has also done work at my church, and saved us thousands of dollars by fixing what actually needed to be fixed and not trying to sell us a new system. I highly recommend them for residential or commercial work.
